Mac can't update apps

When I try to update my apps in the App Store of my Mac, it says "unable to update app, to update app you need to accept it on the account page in the App Store". I have tried doing this and it does not work. Does anyone have a solution?

Delete the app and download it as a new app from the Mac App Store.
