iPhone 6 froze while updating

Trying to update and backup iphone 6s and it's frozen. Screen says itunes with cable image, at top it says, support apple.com/iphone/restore. any help?

Connect it to your computer's iTunes and follow the instructions on that link : https://support.apple.com/iphone/restore (which resolves to If you see the Connect to iTunes screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support)
