a refund for the app purchase

hello. some time ago I downloaded the app, but did not notice that in a week you will have to pay for his subscription. the application did not meet my expectations, and I deleted it immediately. the problem is that a week after I deleted it, my credit card was charged 850 rubles for this application. I've been trying to get the money back for days. please help me. I am a student and this is a big amount for me. please help to get the money back

Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)


And I assume you've now stopped the subscription (deleting an app only deletes the app, it doesn't stop a subscription).
