It may be phishing. Check your purchases:

See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

I have had this issue before. You can log into your account and see all of the purchases you have made with that Apple ID. If you don't recognize the purchase, contact iTunes Support and they will help you figure out what is going on. You can also deauthorize all of your devices, change your passwords, and then reauthorize the devices you know are yours. I do that about once a year just for security (but some people will think that is overkill).


iTunes support was very friendly to me and resolved the issues quickly. Hope that helps! Start with your account... and look a the purchase history.
