Lost phone and Apple ID

See if you can find your Apple ID and then you can use Find My Phone.

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.

You are welcome. Have you tried using all the email addresses you have ever used? The only other thing I can think of is to contact Apple ID Support. I'm not sure they will help though.

Apple Support by e-mail or chat    Work through the screens to get a chat option.  You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
