Good evening I am receiving calls into my phone saying that my iCloud has been breached one of the phone numbers is 18005389696 I don’t trust the number and wanted to see if you guys could take a look at this and see what I should do next.

They are scam calls. Ignore them, don't answer them, or hang up. You can also block them but it probably won't help as scammers constantly change the number the show as originating the call. Also see: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
