I am subscribed and I can't use Apple Music

I am subscriber an i cant use Apple Music, it offers me to buy subscription, but when i click on it it says that im already the member... What can i do? Help pls

Sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in.

Turn iCloud Music Library on.

Turn on “Show Apple Music”
