Signing into Apple ID and turning on App Store

So recently my phone had a software malfunction and I had to get a replacement. When we went to put my backup of my old phone onto the replacement it didn’t work so I started fresh. I signed into my Apple ID already on the replacement but when I tried to turn on iTunes and App Store it gets stuck on the Signing in to iTunes and App Store page. And I can’t get any further than that. What do I even do?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device

If necessary

Hard reset

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup
