i delete my apple id account and my device not sign out i reset it. but now say incorrect apple id or password .please help mi.

You need to request activation lock remove using the original proof of purchase or if You are within possible time frame to cancel deletion of the account call the apple care support with the received code at requesting of the account deletion.
