i’ve bought my son an I phone as his first phone.
i’ve Set up family sharing and spent countless hours reading apple page and following YouTube tutorials on how I can download the music I have bought on his phone.
I am still completely clueless. Please help!

If you have both yours and his account in the Family Share, and if you have sharing of your purchases enabled on your account, go to the Purchased section in the iTunes Store app on his phone and select your id : Share App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books purchases with Family Sharing - Apple Support and If you don't see your family's shared content - Apple Support
