iOS on iPhone has the Home app, which you use to create a "Home" and manage HomeKit devices, is that what you're asking?

If you're asking if the iPhone can serve as the "hub" for HomeKit devices, no it can't. Only HomePod and certain generations of iPad and Apple TV can serve as a hub for HomeKit:

A hub is not mandatory, unless you want to control or manage your HomeKit devices remotely.

I think you meant "hub", and neither a MacBook Pro nor MacMini can function as a hub.

HomePod is a smart speaker, which can also function as a hub for HomeKit.

OK now I understand your question. If your MacBook Pro and/or MacMini have the Home app installed (Home is part of Mojave and later), they can manage HomeKit devices. But to do that remotely with your Mac (or any other device) you must have a hub within your Home (i.e. HomePod and certain generations of iPad and Apple TV).
