Screen Unresponsive

Hi there,

The screen on my SE is unresponsive yet will open apps entirely on its own. I have reset, hard reset and cleaned but i am at a loss. It is around 4.5 years old (i know i know). Is there a simple fix? I cant reset to factory settings as i cant get into settings to do it. If there is another way round that i would really like to know.

TIA

I don't think so, 'cause you can't interact with your defective screen.

(and you can't do it remotely).

Giulio
