Problem uploading an audible file in itunes

File would not auto upload to iTunes like previous files, I was required to upload the file manually. After doing so, the file name, time and author were blank but marked "not available". The PC is authorized in the audible manager.

Do you have either Apple Music or iTunes Match. Either service would typically exclude such a file as being too large or long. Or perhaps your issue is with downloading the file to your computer? Perhaps you should attempt to download a fresh copy from Audible and/or use Audible's customer support service for assistance.
