My account is disabled in app store and itunes

i cannot download or update any apps. It says my account is disabled. How can i fix it?

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
