im getting rid of my iPad mini. It won’t let me sign out of my apple and iCloud account. Keeps saying it’s locked for security reasons. How do I get a restrictions passcode to sign out.

Hello,

You can sign into icloud.com -> Find My -> Tap your iPad -> Remove Device.
