Apple Music & CDs in iTunes

Converted audio CDs that were in iTunes prior to getting an Apple Music subscription, would have been matched with the Apple Music catalog and uploaded to a personal section of iCloud Music Library if they weren’t matched -- if you were patient enough to go through the upload of all that.

Converted audio CDs that were added to iTunes after getting an Apple Music subscription, would have to be manually uploaded/​matched separately. Make a selection of the tracks (probably easiest in list view by songs), then right-click or Control-click, and select add to iCloud Music Library.

If there comes a period of being unsubscribed for more than 30 days, then these uploads will be lost.

These custom additions are personal and do not get included in the Apple Music catalog. As such, these tracks can’t be shared with other users.

If you can’t see your iCloud Music Library anymore on your iPhone, then resetting some settings on your device might bring it back.

Try syncing your iPhone with iTunes using a cable. I know that music purchased from the iTunes Store will automatically appear on all your devices, however, I don't think that applies to music added from CD's.
