I want to change my Apple ID region
I wan to change my Apple ID region, but IOS is asking to make the balance 00.00. I have $3.68 as Apple ID balance. Please help me

Contact iTunes Support and ask them to remove the balance from the account : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you now live, and which is therefore the country you have to change to ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
