Trouble with the AppStore

I keep typing my card into the App Store because it keeps asking for verification and I put my card in and then I doesn’t except it and won’t let me download an app without putting my card in. How do I fix this

See if this helps: Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support. Usually, all that it wants is the 3 or 4 digit CVV code.
