Photos not uploading to icloud

Hi, some of my photos are not uploading to icloud (around 600). I have enough storage, so im wondering how I could fix this? Thanks in advance!

1)Please make sure your iCloud photos is turned on on your iPhone.

go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos, then turn on iCloud Photos.

2)If you believe the storage on iCloud is enough, you can check your network connections. Make sure the sync is ok.
