My ipad pro will no longer charge. How much would a new battery replacement be?

In the US, Apple charges $99 for battery replacement. But they don't actually replace the battery. If the battery is determined to need replacing, they replace the entire device with a refurbished iPad, with a new screen, battery and has been checked to be just like new.
