If it has been more than 2 weeks since you enabled it, you cannot turn it off. If you created your AppleID under iOS 12, you cannot turn it off. If you use ApplePay, messages in iCloud or other services that require it, you cannot turn it off until you disable those services first.


Otherwise, open the 2FA enrollment email you got and click the link to disable it.
