Airpods issue

I can't see Bluetooth sub-menu menu on my phone. what's wrong? all i can see is disconnect and forget this device.therefore i can't change my airpods name and give settings for every pod.

On the Bluetooth section in settings my AirPods Pro’s are connected; however, when I follow the steps listed in this article, my AirPods are still not listed or in use as the audio output. No AirPods settings in Bluetooth connection? When I go to the Bluetooth connection for AirPods I only have the options to "Disconnect" or "Forget This Device". I don't have the option to name the AirPods or configure the taps. Any ideas?

settings to try and name the AirPods When I go to the settings to try and name the AirPods or assign functions to them, after touching the “i” in the Bluetooth menu, it only gives me the option to disconnect or forget the device. Nothing else shows up. I bought these second hand but they’re the 2nd generation AirPods. What am I missing here? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
