My deleted call list is gone how do I get it back to show numbers I have deleted after voice mail or phone calls. Don’t want to retrieve from past just be able to see current info for week or so

If you have a backup created before you deleted those calls, you can restore data from there.
Shouldn't be this case, try to contact your carrier and ask them if they can help you.
