We have recently changed my sons SIM card in his I phone - he kept new number but since his phone will not receive my calls or texts - but receives calls/messages from other people! I’ve messed around so much with both phones? Any advise greatly received
we can only commit through watts app ? - I don’t understand it

Oh not contacted them yet as thought it was the phone! Phoned new provider on sons sim who said their were no problems - assumed it was them as this has only just become an issue?
What did the carrier say about this? Calls and texts are managed by the carrier.
