My MacBook Pro won’t turn on

When you attempt to power it on, can you hear any sounds or does the display show any sign of lighting up ... even a background glow?

Here are a few things you can try:

1. Try resetting the Mac's SMC: How to reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support
2. Try resetting the Mac's NVRAM: Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
3. Try booting up in Safe Mode: Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support

Based on that description, there is a high probability that the power system and/or logic board is defective. It also could be a faulty battery. Per chance, did this notebook experience any kind of liquid damage or accidentally been dropped?
