The Watchband release button will not budge, won’t release the band. How can I unfreeze it?

Try holding down the band release Switch and gently wiggle the band from side to side and up and down (To loosen as much as possible), all while sliding it in both directions to see if it will give way in either direction.

You can also put a cloth around the watch but leave the button exposed and run hot water over it. Press it while doing so an slide the band off.

If the above help responses do not work, stop by an Apple Store and have them assist, the good news if they break while helping you they will repair it as well.
