starting very recently, any photo I send via message will not download on the other end. They see "still downloading" but it never finishes. This just started.

If it is to a specific iPhone user the problem is their phone, or the photo is larger than their email provider allows.

Starting very recently, any photo I send via message to another i phone user will not download. The message on their end is that message is still downloading - then it never finishes. What's up?
