How can I sign in to my account on iTunes on my MacBook Pro?

Every time I do it, it says "connecting to the store" and it never gets connected. My internet works perfectly on Safari so its not an issue.

I already have tried all of this options & follow all of the instructions before I posted my question but no luck. It seems like iTunes is damage in some way and needs to be repair. I have the latest version install, I wanted to uninstall ITunes so I can re-install it but that is also very complicated, that got me frustrated on trying to do so.
