I had to have my iPad wiped and reconfigured today. I can sign into the Apple website but I can’t sign into App Store using same username and password. The wheel just spins. Any recommendations?
Force close the App Store app completely. Restart your iPad and try again.

Where are you seeing the spinning indicator? Are you seeing this when you are attempting to sign in? Are you signing into the App Store through the App Store or through Settings? Are you able to sign into the App Store with your Apple ID on other Apple devices?
I can’t sign in to App Store. The wheel just spins and spins. Any ideas?
