Change the name of iCloud email

If you only want to use the new address for emails, you can create an alias address.

If you want to use it as your Apple ID, you will have to create a new Apple ID. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the 2 IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.

I think I know what your asking. The name that shows up from your email is changeable in your settings under

Accounts/Passwords—->iCloud

Scroll down to the heading that says Advanced....

click mail

then change the name that appears from your iPhone email.

You can't remove/change @iCloud.com, @me.com or @mac.com aliases.
