I think I accidentally deleted safari can you help me to reinstall

While Apple allows for some of their applications to be removed from iPad’s Home Screen, Safari is not one of them and cannot be removed (or uninstalled). I’m sure it may be hiding in a folder somewhere on your iPad.

Yesterday I was trying to clear history & find storage on my MacBook air, but I think I my have deleted my Safari browser & my google mail. How do I find them & reinstall?
