iPad will not let me login says there is a error connecting to the server

My iPad will not let me log into the cloud says there is a problem with the server currently just reset password can log in on my phone but not my iPad

Which model of iPad do you own and what version of the system software is it running? Settings -> General -> About. Do you have a stable connection to the internet on the iPad?

Model mc979ll/a version 9.3.1

I have a good internet connection and I can log in on my computer but not the iPad says server error everytime I try to update

Hi, I would first try a refresh of your broadband routers DNS by simply rebooting it. The fact that other devices don’t have a problem is irrelevant.
