Yes that’s what I understand . I’m in Canada and going to Vegas and buy my first watch 5 their. I see that you can put your home as USA and English. I’ll maybe ask them at Apple store . My son-in-law has a 4 and it works (ecg) so I’m hopping that it will with the 5 and with new os6 ..
