Why I can’t download free games

Do you have a payment method tied to your Apple ID? If you don't and any of these free games have in-app purchases, you MUST have a credit card tied to your account or you can't download them, even if they are free.

Then buy Apple Gift Cards, which you can put in your Apple Wallet as a form of payment. If you don't have a credit card or money tied to your account, you won't be able to download the things you want.
