I can’t redeem my gift card
how can I redeem my gift card? I already tried the instructions there were in the card but it still marks a mistake, it says that it hasn’t been activated correctly and I don’t know how to “activate it correctly”

Take it back to the store you bought it from and ask them to activate it properly.
