Wifi is grayed out after update. Tried each steps and nothing has worked for iPhone 8x

Create a current backup of your device and restore the device to factory, Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
Set the device up as new, not from a backup. If wi-fi is still grayed out, then make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple store. This would probably indicate a hardware fault.
