Apple Account

I got charged for something that I know nothing about yesterday. Furthermore I was charged twice this month for a scan subscription that I apparently signed up for (I have subsequently cancelled this subscription as I did not sign up for it). How do I resolved this please? The only thing I should be charged for is the iCloud account and any adhoc purchases from Apple Store.

Clarity in this regard will be much appreciated.

What is the unknown charge, does it show : If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support ?

For the subscription that you took out, purchases are considered final as you, though you could try contacting iTunes Support and seeing if they will refund you as a one-off
