Hello, could you help me with the Apple ID, the fact is that my ex-friend has iCloud on my iPad, but I don’t know the password for it, so I still don’t have

If Find iPad is 'on' you will need the account's password to log out of it, or the person whose account it is will have to remove the iPad from it : Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support


Or, and if you bought the iPad new (i.e. it’s not second-hand), you could try going to an Apple Store (make a Genius Bar appointment if you do) or try contacting iTunes Support online (https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html) and see if they can remove the iPad from the account - they are likely to want to see proof of ownership before they might help e.g. original receipt with the serial number on it
