Problem with system preferences

I'm trying to install an HP P1102w printer on my wireless network, using MacOS 10.14.6, and one step is not working. When I go to system preferences, click on Printers & Scanners, then click on the printer, and finally on Options & Supplies, there is no Utilities tab even though the installation instructions say to click on this tab? What is going on? I've already reset the printing system once and that didn't help.

It depends on the printer driver selected.

What driver did you choose?

For some, there is a Utilities tab, for others not. These are two of the printers that I have setup in my mac.

One has "Utility", the other does not.
