Your Messages will not be viewable on iCloud.com. Here's what you can do:
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - if iCloud Messages is not enabled, they will be part of your iCloud backup.
Keep all your messages in iCloud - use iCloud Messages
