Why is my iPad Pro 12.9 second generation not able to download iOS 13

iPados 13 is different and will be available on the 24th.

Have you tried a couple of hard reset of your iPad Pro by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?

Killed mine too, took it to Apple store where they managed to get it going again. Lasted 2 days and failed again. Complained to Apple and they send me a new iPad Pro that works perfectly.

2nd gen. Took it in store twice but still not working so got on phone and Apple replaced it. The, perfect condition, refurbished is working fine with all updates functioning perfectly.

Since i updated to ios13, i experience all sort of weird behavior without even touching it sometime. I reseted go manufacturer setting and it continues. This is a second generation 12,9, so have it since 2016, i do not see how apple could help me. I am very disappointed. I look like the only thing ill be able to do with this is watch YouTube :-(

I updated my iPad Pro to ios 13 and it killed it. Unable to reboot just on but only a dead black screen. Anyone else have an ipad killed by ios13?
