money was charged and I don’t know why

I don’t use my email because it is not available right now. My problem is that my money was charged and I don’t know why (it is about 12.000 tenge in Kazakh currency). Please return my money back. It is not my fault. I pay for Apple Music about 1500 tenge every month. That is enough
