Let's approach this from a different angle. Do you not have the original receipt from when you purchased the iPhone? It would clearly show the date it was purchased.

When did you buy it? iPhone comes with a 1 year warranty. If you have owned this phone longer than 12 months and you did not add AppleCare+ at the time of purchase, you likely have no warranty.
