My husband just got a iPhone 11 this morning and he did not get his pictures from his old phone to the new one. Anything we can do
to get his pictures back?

We just realized my husband did not have his old pic on his new phone when we got home. Apple has our old phone.
You did back up his iPhone before you turned it in as described in the information you received about doing that?
Did he make a backup of his old phone before he traded it in?
If not, and the photos were not synced to the cloud or extracted to a computer, then they are gone.
i guess he didn’t but the person helping us did not make sure of that. He just said we would get everything from the old phone into the new one
If you did the setup at the store and they set up the new one from the old one and you waited until it finished then they should be there.
We just left the store when they said we were all set.
