Hello Xyz331g and welcome to Apple Support Communities.

I see you're having issues with your cellular signal dropping after updating to iOS 13.

Start by making sure you've update to iOS 13.1: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

You'll also want to make sure that your carrier settings are up to date: Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad

After you go through those steps, restart your iPhone, then test your network connection. If the issue still persists, you'll want to try resetting your network settings. You can do that by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Keep in mind that this will reset your Wi-Fi, cellular, APN and VPN settings. You'll want to make sure you have any Wi-Fi and network passwords so you can reconnect after performing this reset. If you haven't already, you may also want to check with your carrier to confirm that there are no service related issues in your area.

Cheers.
