How to reset screentime password

You can't. You must restore the phone using iTunes and set it up as new. You can't restore a backup, either, because the backup includes the screen time passcode. See-->If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
