iMessage not working

I have an iPhone 7. My phone updated to the iOS 13.1 update and now my iMessage isn’t working. It shows it’s activated but all of my messages are sending as text messages even to other iPhone users. I’ve tried all the tips and tricks and nothing will fix it.
