I did a force restart. It will go back to the previous update status. I just did set an automatic update so it will just update by itself.

Steps on Force Restart on iPhone 11

  1. force restart your phone and see if it will continue after that.
  2. Press and quickly release the Volume Up Button.
  3. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.
  4. Then, press and hold the side button until you see the Apple Logo.
  5. Please hold down the power button for 60 seconds."

I did a chat from the tech team and helped me with this instructions.

"Thank you so much, let’s try to force restart your phone and see if it will continue after that. On an iPhone X,XS, XS Max, XR or iPhone 8, or iPhone 8 Plus-Press and quickly release the Volume Up Button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then, press and hold the side button until you see the Apple Logo. Please hold down the power button for 60 seconds."

My phone is back to normal.
