How do I search apps on IpadOS?

Spotlight feature seems to be missing to quickly find the app on my iPad by typing its name.

I still can access this search field on my IPhone by swiping to the right on the home screen.

Hi, swipe down starting in the MIDDLE of the Home screen. In fact you can swipe down anywhere on the Home screen as long as you don’t start near an edge.
