1) take a portrait picture on iPhone 11, iOS 13.1.1
2) rotate the phone to landscape
3) notice the preview image rotates in the bottom corner
4) open the image, notice it loads properly
5) exit the image returning to the camera app
6) rotate back to portrait mode
7) notice the preview rotates again
8) open the image again
notice the image is mostly off of the screen and cannot be viewed properly
Reboot your iPhone:
Tap and quickly release volume up button
Then tap and quickly release volume down button
Then press and keep holding power button (keep holding past swipe to power off) until you see the Apple Logo, then let go.
This is not solved, it mistakenly got marked solved.
I should note the photo here is a screenshot of the home screen. Also I returned to the camera app with the back button.
